Keith has been around architecture and construction all of his life shadowing his father, a well known architect, footsteps. Over the years, Keith had the opportunity to be mentored by Raj Mathur with Raj Mathur Construction & Engineering, Inc. During this mentorship, Keith built three new ground-up car washes and multiple Dunkin' Donut projects giving him the skills needed to be well-versed during all phases of the construction process.

Some of the duties Keith excels at are, but not limited to:

• Plans all phases of the project including collaborating with the client and the design team throughout all the phases of the project.

• Ensures all local state building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed.

• Dedicated to make sure the project aligns with Client Approved plans.

• Implements management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.

• Manages his team of subcontractors and coordinates material and equipment delivery in a timely manner.
